With the new immigration laws existing in the United States, one will find immigrating into the United States a very tough nut to crack and the procedures can be very frustrating and strenuous; but with an experienced immigration lawyer in Reed Yurchak, you will find the process easy and his services worth every cent.

Family Visa Application

Going for a vacation and leaving your family behind knowing you will be with them within a few days is different from staying without your family for several months or years. Here in Reed Yurchak Law, we know that; and as an immigration law firm in Seattle Washington, we offer residents of Seattle and Bellevue an opportunity to hire our expert services in Family Immigration. We help reunite US residents their immediate or extended family members that are outside the US. In Reed Yurchak you have a firm that believes in ‘family first’ – and as such, we exploit existing United States immigration laws to achieve this. Getting a family member a permanent residency or green card isn’t as easy as it seems, despite a room for that in the US immigration law. With the immigration laws being toughened, experienced immigration attorneys at law accustomed with immigration proceedings are vital for success.

Deportation Defense

Every year, the government of the United States deports thousands of non-citizens from the country; this is done to make sure people who enter the United States illegally are removed to deter others from engaging in illegal immigration. But as a law firm experienced in defending immigrants facing deportation, we know cases that warrant leniency, for not all immigrants can meet the requirements at the time due to certain unassailable conditions.Illegal aliens are often deported for different reasons like; entering the US through unsecured borders without full documentation, an absence of green card or expiration of visas. As immigration attorneys bolstered with years of quality research, we make sure we follow our working strategies and modus operandi to make sure we remove your name from the deportation list.

QUESTIONS WE ASK:

  • What was the basis for your arrest?
  • Is the evidence provided in court enough to deport you?

WHAT DO WE DO?

  • We seek to get you a new or renewed visa that will assure you a residency permit, or a green card
  • We exploit the law and find matching criteria to get you asylum in the US.
  • We make sure you are not banned from entering the US.

Asylum

Are you being targeted by your government because of your political affiliations or beliefs? Have you been subjected to immense attacks that can be related to xenophobia and race? Is your race endangered in the country you currently live in? Have you been (or might become) a victim of ethnic, religious, political or social identification (LGBT) motivated attacks? If all these apply to you, then you are eligible for asylum in the United States.

We can help you secure asylum in the United States if truly you are eligible and meet the criteria for consideration. That is all we need; for you to be eligible, and we will apply our priceless on-field experience in securing asylum for you or your relative. Anyone can claim they are victims of the aforementioned conditions, but only applicants with substantial accurate evidence and well-researched case stand a chance if getting asylum in the United States since there are thousands of applicants every year. This is why you need Reed Yurchak Law to carry extensive and intensive research, which will enable us to file a case within the allowed timeframe that will prove beyond all doubt, that you are indeed a victim and that your life is at risk.

We prepare you and make sure you are ready for the asylum interview, so you stand a chance in the immigration court.

Business Immigration and the Work Visa

As a highly educated and skilled worker, established researchers and scholar, business Investor and student; you fit into a certain category of visa application. We make sure your future, business and life’s work is not destroyed because of existing immigration laws in the United States. We ensure the process is not daunting and that you can complete your research, education in the United States with a legal residence permit. Also, extremely popular athletes, artists, speakers can use business/work visa to get into the US to extend their reach and acquire more experience in the United States of America.

"Attorney Reed Yurchak was confident from day one that he would beat the United States and their efforts to deport me. While there were many sleepless nights where I thought he was wrong, in the end, it was I that didn’t have the faith."

Reed Yurchak law is trustworthy and dependable to ensure a smooth process for a business or work visa. We believe the talent available for US companies to hire should not be limited due to immigration issues, because the United States Government believes in foreign talent and abilities. Science and technology, medicine and arts and fast evolving industries and there are lots of amazing talents all over the world. But often times, companies face legal issues while trying to recruit a qualified individual to come work in the United States and this can become a very big issue if not properly handled. We help companies and businesses in the United States hire foreign employees, ensuring they get valid visas and a possible green card which is preceded by Labor certification.

Marriage Visas

As a US citizen married to a foreign national, your spouse is eligible for a green card that ensures permanent residency; but more work needs to be done to make this a reality. Though marrying a US citizen might be the easiest way to acquire a green card in the United States, as promised by the US immigration law; but many factors affect the possibility. The immigration court looks into the basis of the marriage, spouse’s records, and makes sure the US spouse meets the required income conditions.

Citizenship Application

The ‘American Dream’ indeed is a dream that is worth the hard work and commitment because becoming an American citizen is a dream that too many, remains a fairy tale. Coming to the United States as an immigrant and becoming a citizen of the most powerful country in the world, where democracy is in its full force, the strongest economy in the world.
